Built for operators—not single-office IT vendors

Multi-location dental groups need one technology standard

When every site runs differently, growth creates friction. DocuTicket gives ownership a Diagnostic, a 30 / 60 / 90 integration plan, and ongoing leadership so acquisitions and expansions stay under control.

On-site teams in Arizona, Utah and Colorado, with remote support and project delivery nationwide.

Reality check

Problems a single-office IT vendor can’t solve

Break/fix works for one location. Multi-practice groups need standards, ownership, and a clock on every acquisition.

  • No reference architectureEach office has a different server build, backup config, and access model.
  • Acquisitions without a playbookOnboarding becomes a research project every time you close a deal.
  • No single roadmap ownerVendors fix tickets. Nobody owns budget, lifecycle, or executive reporting.
  • Security posture by locationMFA, patching, and backups vary office by office—risk hides in the gaps.
  • Mixed PMS and imaging stacksSupport staff don’t know which tenant or sensor map belongs where.
  • Leadership without visibilityOwnership can’t see spend, risk, or readiness across the group in one place.

Acquisition

Acquisition onboarding on a clock

Acquisition Assessment is a separate engagement from the Technology Diagnostic—scoped per deal—then followed by a repeatable 30 / 60 / 90 integration plan when you move forward.

Acquisition Assessment

Scoped per deal · existing vs. new technology · location count drives depth

Before or right after purchase: inventory equipment and software, score risk, and estimate what standardization will take. Clarity before spend—separate from a full group Technology Diagnostic.

30 / 60 / 90 integration

Days 1–30 Stabilize Critical fixes, backups, access, and clinical continuity.
Days 31–60 Standardize Align to the group’s target stack and security baseline.
Days 61–90 Operate Monitoring, verification, and handoff to ongoing ownership.

Operating model

Org-level standardization, security, and reporting

One standard across locations Shared reference builds for network, endpoints, backups, and identity—rolled out site by site with clear ownership.
Security at the organization level Access, MFA, endpoint protection, and patch verification treated as group policy—not per-office luck. BAA available on request.
Reporting to ownership Fractional CTO cadence: roadmap status, risk, vendors, and budget language executives can act on.
Day-to-day operations Optional Managed support & security: monitoring, patching verified to zero missing, and backup verification—via Client Support for tickets.

Communications

Business phone systems across the group

Cloud-hosted VoIP under one system—extension dialing between offices, auto-attendants, ring groups, after-hours routing, and voicemail to email. We port numbers from legacy carriers, plan QoS and carrier failover so calls stay clear next to imaging traffic, and provision desk phones centrally. On acquisition, consolidating the new office’s old phone system is part of onboarding—scored in the Diagnostic and executed on the same 30 / 60 / 90 clock. Call analytics give office managers and group leadership a compact view across locations—time to answer, missed and abandoned calls, missed-call callbacks, hold and voicemail response, volume and staffing gaps, lunch and after-hours demand, first-time vs. repeat callers, quality scores, recording review, marketing-number tracking, and a weekly scorecard emailed to managers and owners. See the full picture on the homepage phones section.
